Here at thewoofbook.co.uk we were shocked to read this news today, when so many of us are fighting to have our dogs accepted in more places, there are still some councils taking what we believe are backwards steps.

It would be wonderful if more people organised marches and rallies to show their support for opening doors to dogs. There are a slowly growing number of shops that allow dogs, but cafes and the like would be such a welcome addition, it would mean dog owners could really enjoy days out like their non-dog-owning compatriots.
